Sling Shot Distilled Irish Gin is proudly distilled and bottled at Lough Ree Distillery in Lanesborough, Co Longford, the first distillery to ever distil peat as a botanical in gin. Sling Shot Distilled Irish Gin is stocked in Ireland's top cocktail bars, restaurants and hotels and has won 10 medals including several Golds at International Tasting Competitions.


The delicious chocolate truffles are handmade using Sling Shot Distilled Irish Gin by Kilbeggan Chocolates, and Poacher's premium Irish tonic water provides the perfect accompaniment for Sling Shot.

The citrus and mint give beautifully fresh top notes, the juniper and cardamom in particular add spice and boldness while the peat finishes it off with an earthiness and rounded mouthfeel, balanced with a hint of freshness from the mint.
