Product Description

Perfect gift for cow lovers, an Original Oil Painting featuring a Holstein Cow, taking a stretch on the Bray promenade on a lovely sunny day. A beautiful spot in the heart of County Wicklow.


MEDIUM: Painted in Acrylic and Mixed Media (Clogher Strand Sand, Mother of pearl crushed, Clogher Strand Shells, Native Carragheen seaweed, Gold & Copper Leaf flakes, Mica flakes.


CANVAS: Natural white Box Canvas made of 100% pure cotton with a perceptibly fine linen structure and a matte-white coating. This linen is acid free and 100% linen which means it will not fade or yellow and will stand the test of time. For added protection I spray all of my works with UV absorbing fixative also.

Living in Wicklow on the edge of the Sugarloaf and near to the coast, I am surrounded by beauty and nature. Rolling fields with cows, sheep, horses and hidden in the hedgerows and trees, pheasants, owls, hares etc. My studio has views over to Wicklow Head and I feel inspired every day to paint. I love to create interesting paintings with depth and soul and  using a mixture of natural organic pigment paint work to create beautiful natural marks and patterns.
